The Rule of Law theory envisages a climate of equality before the law and that all actions Government or otherwise ought to be traceable to law. Nigeria and Nigerians, for numerous reasons show a contemptible disrespect for the concept of the Rule of Law.  The Rule of Law Committee is expected to sensitize the NBA and Nigerians on Rule of Law related matters.
