In the case of the FCT, Magistrate Zainab Bashir is reported to have this week ordered journalists out and indeed, ordered that Guardian reporter Lemmy Ughegbe, be handcuffed and arraigned for covering her court! The Magistrate was reported in at least two newspapers to have declared her grouse to be media reports about her marriage which she found unfriendly.
