The TCCP is specifically charged with the planning and the provision of leadership on all matters relating to the Annual General Conference. The TCCP is expected to develop the potentials and capacity of the Conference Directorate in the Secretariat to enable it execute fully all aspects relating to Annual General Conferences. This committee was inaugurated on the 2^nd of December, 2010.

TCCP MANDATE 

The TCCP’s mandate is to organize the best ever conference ever held by the Nigerian Bar Association. It will converge on details such as

• The theme of the Conference
   
• The keynote speaker
   
• Consultancy services to be utilized for registration and accommodation (if required)
   
• Tours and other sightseeing events
   
• Activities for the conference
   
• Coordination with sections and fora for their activities at conference
   
• Transportation
   
• Security
   
• Invitation of Guests and coordination of their movement
   
• Any other ancillary matters for the conference. It will give direction and light to all other agencies that are involved in bringing about  an excellent conference. It is on this note that I charge the following members of the TCCP to deliver a conference of a lifetime.
